Ö Brewing is a gypsy brewery from Lohjansaari in Southern Finland. We brew our beers in other breweries. We want to explore the vast and mesmerizing realm of beers. To have no limits, boundaries or prejudice and to create beverages that give memorable experiences to the tasters. We seek our inspiration from traditional, modern and lyrical landscapes, atmospheric moments and feelings.

Ö Brewing is founded by Jussi Wallendahr in 2017 after about a decade of brewing beers and making cider at home and just generally obsessing about craft beers.
